The exterior includes vinyl shakes and stone siding, dimensional roof shingles, and Andersen windows. The result is a home that is double in size and the envy of the neighborhood.

The project was designed and developed by the sales staff prior to the construction and completion by one company; Monmouth Countys Best of the Best, Mark of Excellence Remodeling. A design + build addition approximately 250 square feet with clipped corners to maximize the river views. The new room features a tile floor, bead-board ceiling, Andersen windows and door and a gas fireplace.
