3rd Bedroom 2nd Bath and New Deck Home Addition

(April-May, 2009) This 2-part project began about 11 years ago with my friend, Mike Coyazo and I, building my deck with a footing and foundation under it with the purpose of converting it into a 3rd bedroom and 2nd bath addition to our home someday.. Well, with the bad economy and a Great quote from a struggling contractor, My wife and I decided to jump at the opportunity and make part 2 of this project a reality! It took about 3 weeks to complete.
